Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials. Any loss, misuse, or suspected unauthorized access must be reported immediately to SMART ACT SOLUTIONS. Until such notice is received, all activities carried out using the user’s account shall remain the sole responsibility of the user, including any resulting charges or damages.

All payments made for Smart Digital Card plans, website development, or other digital services are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to service discontinuation, technical issues, delays, or force-majeure events such as natural calamities.

Users must provide accurate, complete, and valid information including name, business details, contact information, images, and documents. SMART ACT SOLUTIONS reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if any false, misleading, or incomplete information is provided.

It is the user’s responsibility to regularly review the Website and related communications for updates to these Terms & Conditions. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Once a digital visiting card or website project has been initiated or delivered, whether partially or fully, cancellation or refund requests will not be accepted. Any additional customization or changes beyond the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

All disputes arising out of or related to the services provided by SMART ACT SOLUTIONS shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi, India.
